About Michele Villano

Michele Villano is the Clinical Manager at Toronto Mental Health Clinic. For most clients, Michele is the first person they meet — the voice on the phone when they call, or the person who responds to their intake form.

Her role is to make the practical side of care work: coordinating consultations, matching clients to the clinician whose training and style is the right fit, managing schedules, and being the reliable point of contact when something needs to shift.

What Michele Handles

  • Initial inquiries — the "I'm considering therapy, but I don't know where to start" conversation
  • Consultation scheduling — booking the free 15-minute consult with the right clinician
  • Clinician matching — helping identify who on our team is the best fit for a specific presentation, life stage, and preferred approach
  • Administrative coordination — insurance receipts, appointment logistics, and the everyday support that keeps care running
  • Communication with clinicians — flagging clinical concerns, coordinating referrals, and keeping the team aligned

Background

Michele brings a background in client support and office management, with a particular focus on healthcare settings. She understands that reaching out for mental-health care can feel intimidating, and her approach is to make the first contact as low-friction and warm as possible.

If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, or you have questions before booking a consultation, reaching out to Michele is often the best way to start. She'll listen to what you're looking for and point you in the right direction — even if that direction is somewhere other than our clinic.
